Who we are
Lineup is a trade name of GSA LLC, a private Iowa company. GSA LLC is not, and is not affiliated with, the U.S. General Services Administration or any government agency. In these terms, "Lineup," "we" and "us" mean GSA LLC doing business as Lineup.
What we sell
The Distressed Business Buyer's Playbook is a downloadable educational guide in PDF form, with templates. It costs US$39, charged once, through our payment processor, Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Delivery is an instant download. After you pay, you're sent to your download page; bookmark it, and it keeps working. If you lose the file, email us from the address you bought with and we'll re-send it.
Card statements will show LINEUP.
The Playbook is available to buyers in the United States only. If an order is placed from outside the United States, we may cancel it and refund it in full.
The Sourcing Map on this site is free.
Your license
When you buy the Playbook, you get a single-user, non-transferable license to use it yourself. You may download it, keep copies on your own devices, print a copy, and fill in the templates for your own search. You may not share, post, resell, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the Playbook or any part of it, including to a partner, client or group. Each person who wants a copy needs their own license. We keep all other rights.

Lineup is not affiliated with the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. General Services Administration, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, any court, or any other government agency mentioned on this site or in the Playbook. Nothing here implies special treatment in any listing or sale.
Lineup never accepts any fee, commission or thing of value that depends on an acquisition, financing or sale closing, from any party.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
The Playbook and this site are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Playbook or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the Playbook. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase; the current version applies to your use of the site.
